We want you to pay for Xtify only while it's earning its place in your workflow. This policy covers refunds for Pro and Ultra subscriptions purchased directly through Xtify.
Refund eligibility depends on your billing cycle. If you subscribed through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not directly by us — request those through your Apple account.
Whether you're on a monthly or annual plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of a charge. After 7 days, that billing cycle's charge is final and cannot be changed — cancel any time to stop future charges, effective at the end of the current period.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your request. Include the charge date so we can look it up quickly.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
